Went for work at ard 3+pm today cause manager giving us Bar Lesson o.O lols ~ was late abit but nvm learned all the different kinds of Wine, Cocktail, Mocktail, Martini, Vodka, Whiskey, Coffee & alot more ~ lazy to type all lol
Learned how to make different kinds of drink by mixing some of them & what r the Concotions & Garnish for each drink ~ Like for example if u wan to make a cocktail ~ Singapore Sling ~ u have to add gin, triple sec, cherry brandy, DOM, pineapple juice, grenadine. Mix them together & top with soda
Manager made for us some cocktails & mocktails for us to try ~ 1 of the mocktails he made was called Pussy Foot LOL taste not bad haha ~ 1 mocktail i would recommend is Sunrise ~ taste dam nice ^^
Dinner today was SUPER packed ~ my junior & i was stressed up ~ there was a XXXVIP today ~ Executive Chef from SIA, he came with his whole family, so had to gave them gd service ~ he gave us $400+ tips when he left.
There was also this group pakistan people ard 12 people, i was having trouble to serve them as they keep changing sits as if they r playing musical chair ._. cause when the waiter takes order he will wrtie the sit number ~ den i know who to serve wad ~ they kept changing sit & givng mi a hard time to serve them ._. but in the end they thx us for our services & gave us $300+ tips.
There were also like 3 other birthday celebrations ~ today in total we got like $1k+ tips ^^ dammmm cant wait for tips day =x
Finished clearing up at 11+pm only then went bar slack awhile drink with colleague, took cab back home with manager but on the way had to go fetch bazil & brandon as they missed their last train & r stucked at dhoby ghaut LOL
