For today lunch i have another new junior ~ his name is Guna, he is from malaysia ~ pity him sia as he everyday have to go back & forth from JB ~ lunch there were like 70+ ppl ._. i was struggling to teach him & serve the customers at the same time ~ was kinda stressful but i managed it.

Break time guess who i met o.o OMG its Marcus LOL i was wondering who isit ~ cause i recognise that hair from the backview ~ den when i walk past him i was shocked, didnt know that he work at marina ~ ps ah was busy looking for friend juz now, will drop by find u another day.

Was dam slack for dinner today ~ dere were only like 10+20 pax, finish teaching & doing everything at ard 10+pm ~ but i stayed back with nick to help arrange the tables for tmr as dere r 3 big groups of seminar for tmr lunch ._. stayed till ard 11+12am then nick send mi home by cab

The GM told us today that Zambuca is in the Hall Of Fame for the Top Restaurants in Singapore for the 2nd year ~ we got 8/10 Stars for services, food, wine, etc
dere r total of 16 restaurants in the hall of fame & we r 1 of them ^^
