Went down to shatec in the afternoon to apply for Culinary Course
the chef that intervied me ~ started interoggating & telling me very negative things about this job ~ saying that a chef life is like hell for like 30 mins ._. he wanted to check if we have the right attitude & aptitude

he then started explaining about the course & alot of things o.O
its a 12 months full time training & 12 months working experience course
& after that i have to work 1 Year Full Time in any F&B company

now have to wait for the confirmation letter xD
