Met estt dear at cck mrt this morning & went to sch tgt
1st lesson was Food Science & we had a Food Hygiene Mock Test
the questions was ok la , dont think i will get 100% correct lol

2nd lesson was FOODS lesson ..... i was dam scared when eugene gave back our test paper as i didnt do finish my short ans question ._.
BUT to my surprise i PASSED 33/52 o.o wOOts

In the afternoon was IS lesson & had practical test on 4 dishes ~ Deep Fried Fish Fingers, Chicken Piccata, Chicken Strogonoff & Baked potato

All Passed, my Chicken Piccata almost full marks . Mr Chong said colour excellent & taste good
