didnt go for church service this week as i want to study xD
but i didnt ._. lol
had lunch at home with family
dota for awhile with Gui Shan & Xiang Hui
was kinda bored at home & wasnt in the mood for anything.
so went to the Gym at Bishan Sport Complex to sweat it out.
did some warm-ups. cycled 5km . run 5km x.x
was using the machine weights when some fitness instructor ask me to try the manual weights instead as its better & more effective. i was like got diff meh? ._.
i followed his advice, trained for nearly 2 hrs?
was abit tired but felt dam shiok la!
my arms & thighs feels dam tight now xD
Looking for Gym Companion xD going alone no fun ><
had dinner with family, then went home had a bath.
& came out again to meet AJ & Eraidie for supper xD
chatted with aj on somethings. thx aj for the advice x)
we saw this bk on all the different kinds of cocktails
which made us kept on laughing

lol didnt knew such cocktails existed ...
had supper at a nearby 24hrs food court
then accompanied them wait for bus b4 i headed home

alright going to slack now .... whole body aching
Isnt love about accepting each other as what he or she is?
Putting each other first & being able to "understand" the times when life seems to get in the way of that?
who knows what tomorrow will bring?
maybe i would not be here anymore?

maybe i would not even see tomorrow?
i just wanna cherish every moment right now
