today was the 1st day working at fairmont hotel for F1
train-ed down to city hall MRT meet chiak & kw ard 9am.
sianz sia only Chiak & Me were at pastry. Kw was at hot kitchen ><
went get our chef U & stuffs then reported to Pastry Kitchen.
Damn the whole interior of the hotel like 1 super big maze!!!
we were kinda lost abit ...
in the end when we reach the kitchen its already 10am LOL
Pastry Chef: Both of you are going to pipe 2400 mango cream puffs.
Chiak & Me: . . . *looks at each other & stunned there* wth 2400 LOL
Pastry Chef: 1st u all got to poke holes into the puffs before u pipe in.
Chiak & Me: *laugh* okok
seriously stunned sia when she ask us pipe 2400 . . .
whole of today we were busy poking holes & piping mango cream into the puff pastry . . .
our task was to pipe 20 trays of 120 mango cream puff & we have only completed 8 trays?
12 more trays left for tmr . . .
our shift ended at 6pm & again we got LOST on our way to the laundry rm LoL
walked ard like clowns haha . . .
Chiak & Me drop-by Harry's Bar visited Eugene awhile then train-ed home.
3 more days to F1 race :D
