SorrySorrySorry to all i didnt update my blog for quite sometime
Being in the afternoon shift at Charcoal. I didnt really had much life as i was repeating the same cycle each day ~ go to work & go home sleep.
& the only off day we have is Sunday.
I seriously MISS going out with friends :(

For the past 2 weeks I was incharge of the Fryer Station
my job was to cook those pasta, risotto & lamb shank orders
& today was my last day being a Fryer :(
for the next 2 weeks its morning shift for me :D
& will be incharge of the Garde Manger Station

In the kitchen everyone need to work as a team to achieve their goal.
I feel that I'm more organise now

but it just pisses me off when some people dont even THINK before they talk or do anything . . . then they blame you for everything & give u that fk up attitude . . .
sometimes I just wish God could give them some brains to THINK . . .
